אני רוצה לדבר אתכם על אנרגיה… כל דבר שקורה לנו באישי ובקולקטיבי קורה קודם כל באנרגיה. והנה החדשות הטובות, אפשר להשפיע על האנרגיה שתשפיע על המציאות… כל דבר שאנו רואים כקושי, כסבל, כפחד וכחוסר ודאות - נשלח אנרגיה של אור ושל אהבה. לא צריך לדעת מה לעשות, רק להתכוונן, לרצות ולשלוח בדמיון אנרגיה טהורה של אהבה. אנו יכולים לשלוח את זה לעצמנו, למקומות בתוכנו שכואבים לנו בפיזי או בריגשי ואנחנו יכולים לשלוח אהבה מהלב לעם שלנו וגם למקומות שכואבים לנו, מתסכלים אותנו. כי רק האור יכול לפוגג את החושך לתוכו. זה בידינו, כל אחת ואחד מאיתנו, וכך נהיה האור שנועדנו להיות 🙏💙🇮🇱
I want to talk to you about energy… everything that happens to us, personally and collectively, happens first of all energetically. And here is the good news, it’s possible to influence the energy that will influence reality… for everything that we see as a challenge, as suffering, as fear and as uncertainty, we can send energy of light and love. We don’t need to know what to do, only to focus, to want, and to imagine sending pure energy of love. We can send it to ourselves, to parts within us that hurt physically or emotionally, and we can send love from our hearts to what hurts us and frustrates us in our nations as well. Because only light can dissolve the darkness into it. It is in our hands, each and every one of us, and this way we will be the light we were meant to be 🙏💙
