The moratorium on evictions and lawsuits may soon come to an end and this leaves you with no definitive date for when creditors could begin their legal proceedings against you.
Maybe you are waiting on that "Stimulus Check" or have already used up your savings. Are you using your credit cards rather than your savings? Your car payments and mortgage are still due and you don't know where that money is going to come from. That "Stimulus Check" is not going to pay all your bills, and those bills will be due again the next month.
Your Covid-19 related financial problems may just be getting worse. Now is the time to start planning for when the money runs out and the protections are lifted. Be prepared and get a head of this! While no one wants to file a bankruptcy, now is the time to start planning.

With the past year we have all seen the need to consider the importance of proper planning for the future so not to burden others later. We have helped numerous clients individualize their estate plans by helping them direct where their property goes after passing. You can ensure college assistance for children or grandchildren or take care of a special needs relative. You can give away your estate outright or in trust for your spouse, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and so forth. Contact our office to discuss setting up a plan for the future.
