We offer representation in personal injury matters where a person is injured by the negligence of others. Our fee for such cases is charged on a contingency. If the case settles before filing, the fee is 33% in addition to expenses. If the case is tried or settles after it is filed with the court, the fee is 40% in addition to expenses. We also offer representation in probate matters. This would i
nclude wills, trusts, probate of estates, financial powers of attorney, medical advance directives (living wills), guardianships and conservatorships and probate litigation. Our fees are different based on the individual facts and circumstances of the representation. For example, contested probate matters are charged on an hourly basis with a retainer requested. On the other hand, if a person needs the critical estate documents, such as a will, a financial power of attorney and an advance directive for medical care, the price will be $500.00 for a single person and $750.00 for a married couple, contemplating three documents for each plus execution. If the matter is complicated, then an hourly rate with retainer may be required. We also represent persons in divorce, custody and legitimation matters on an hourly basis.
