After fighting for the TRUTH for nearly 9 years, we are glad to announce that the charges of murder and child cruelty against Ross Harris were dismissed fully today. The TRUTH is that if you are human, and even a loving parent, you can forget your most precious gift in the backseat of a car. Do all you can to avoid this tragedy yourself and for your friends and family who are young parents in a busy world! So proud to have joined with my friends and colleagues Maddox Kilgore and Carlos Rodriguez to have foght for the TRUTH in this case.

COMPLETE ACQUITTAL: Juvenile client facing adult prison time due to charges of armed robbery and gang activity, found not guilty on all counts! It took a Newton County jury less than 30 minutes Thursday afternoon to find a teenager not guilty on all charges stemming from a 2017 robbery at Newton High School.

If you are human, you can forget. If you are a parent, you can even forget your most valuable possession. In another horrible set of repeated facts, a father forget to drop his child off at day care before going to work. Two lessons from this story: (1) Kudos to all day cares who contact parents when kids are not brought to day care - just wish this were done sooner, and (2) Nissan has recognized the TRUTH of the REALITY that parents can forget their children, with technology to help remind even the best of parents that something, or someone, is still in the back seat (see video at bottom of news report). Hopefully this technology will be in place on all vehicles soon, and maybe more parents can avoid the horrible mistake that many make every year.

DUI REDUCED: Despite client's consenting to three blood and breath tests, none of which revealed any alcohol in his blood, DUI charges were brought, but after review of the evidence, we were able to have client avoid DUI conviction and further jail time. "This is a tragic situation and that's why we remind parents all the time that tragedies like this aren't supposed to happen BUT THEY DO" [emphasis added] Another guardian drove to daycare to pick up child, only to learn that he/she had been driving around with the deceased child inside the car, having forgotten to drop the child off at daycare before going to work. Thankfully a full investigation into the TRUTH is being done before charges are pursued based on initial emotions.

The 8-month-old boy spent the day in the car at his guardian's workplace, Sheriff Daniel Edwards said.

If you are human you can forget, and if you are a parent you can even forget your most precious possession. Another tragic event of a "mother apparently arrived at the day care facility at the end of the day to pick up her son, not realizing she hadn't dropped him off." She drove around with the child in her car for some distance without seeing, smelling or being aware that the child was deceased. Many can't believe this happens, but it happens repeatedly. Prayers for the distraught family, as well as for law enforcement officials who need objective wisdom moving forward.

The 1-year-old was unresponsive when he was brought by his mother into a preschool school in South County, the school's director says.
