This means we could see bidding wars and buyers paying well over the appraised amount again (believe me, I've been there with my buyers and it can be stressful!).

What's better than starting the year with a happy closing? The sellers (my trusting parents) are so happy that their beloved home went to a young couple that will appreciate the years of love they've put into the home.
