Proud to report that last week we succeeded in getting a case dismissed in Cobb County after Judge Sonja Brown granted our Motion To Suppress illegally seized evidence in a case there. And today in Spalding County we had a Trafficking case where our client was facing up to 30 years in prison dismissed after another strong Motion To Suppress convinced prosecutors that we were going to win our case!! Two lives saved and two police departments taught serious lessons only days apart. Fight strong my friends. Justice is always waiting!!!

We will therefore assist all women in both seeking medical assistance where needed and offer aid to those who might be unfairly prosecuted in the future for either making these choices or assisting with them. Rest assured that we value ALL life highly, but we will not stand idly by and allow existing life to be ruined or destroyed by those who wish to impose their moral will or religious views on those who do not share them. This is a slippery slope toward a backwards society we cannot condone or support.
