Anyone enjoy "super spicy?" This week I will be creating my newest locally popular ###Hot Carolina Reaper hot sauce.

This batch will be named "Daddy Dog's Liquid Sunburn ### Hot sauce".

It features the world's hottest Commercially available pepper, the Carolina Reaper. Here is a pic of a previous batch!

I haven't done a Maricopa real estate update in a while, but since April just ended, now is a good time!

These are the numbers for the city of Maricopa for the month of April 2024

These numbers only focus on the homes in HOA'ed subdivisions, since the non HOA areas are so diverse.

498 Homes currently available for sale, not under contract, looking for offers

210 Homes currently under contract (should close escrow within 45 days pending inspection, appraisal, etc)

74 of the available homes have a built in private pool which is HUGE when a buyer must have a pool and they are only seeing 15% of the homes available!

$270,000 Least expensive home sold- Notes: 4bed/2bath +loft and den 2185sqft 42550 W. Hillman in Rancho El Dorado

$650,000 Most expensive home sold- Notes: 5bed/2.5bath 3954sqft with new AC and heater- loaded with upgrades but sold “as-is”. 42762 W. Bravo in Rancho El Dorado

Ladies and Gents, here is the skinny...

This is the 7th or 8th time I have done this.

My sauce is VERY hot! It is made with the hottest peppers in the world -the Carolina Reaper.

If Tabasco or Cholula is too hot for you, and you don’t enjoy a bead of sweat on your forehead this will be WAY too hot. Myself and a few of my friends use it generously on everything we eat, but other folks will just use a dash in a Bloody Mary or bowl of Salsa! Some folks have described it as "too hot"

How to win a bottle:

I will randomly draw several numbers this Sunday @11:59pm.

Closest to the drawn # gets it! Pickup needs to occur in Maricopa
