Raised in the Wynnfield section of Philadelphia, David attended Central High (class 235) and then went on to pursue a business degree at Philadelphia Community College. He used his business education to start multiple businesses in the automobile industry spanning several counties and two states. Buying his first rental property at the Jersey Shore in 1980 he fell in love with the area. Seeing the
real estate opportunity at the Jersey Shore, David applied his entrepreneurial work ethic and drive to a career in real estate. Now with over three decades of experience as both an investor and developer and an extensive knowledge of the area, David works as a Realtor in Margate, NJ with Soleil Sotheby’s International Realty. When he’s not working, David enjoys traveling, playing poker and mahjong, and spending time with his wife Olivia of 26 years and dog, Baci, at his beautiful home in the Lower Chelsea section of Atlantic City.
