📉 While inventory is improving nationally, supply is tightening in several Southwest Florida markets.

📍 Local sales prices are remaining stable or increasing—even as national asking prices decline.

💰 Buyers may have more negotiating tools than they realize, including seller concessions and new-construction incentives.

⏳ Waiting for the “perfect” mortgage rate also comes with a trade-off. Rates could improve, but prices and competition could change too.
