Aaaand another successful closing with team Kathy & Grace! 🎉🥂

We were honored to represent our lovely sellers in the sale of their Falling Waters Beach Resort condo in Naples. While this transaction presented its share of challenges, we were grateful to be the steady hand that helped bring everything together — navigating the moving pieces, keeping communication flowing, and working toward a successful closing for both our sellers and the new condo owner.

Another transaction across the finish line, and another set of customers we’re grateful to have served. 🏡✨

Beauty Holiday Inc knows how to put on an event! 👏🏼🫧🌸☕️

I was incredibly honored to represent Piper's Angels Foundation this morning. 🦋💜

A beautiful group of women came together over coffee, angelic pastries from Angelic Desserts Bakery, and an incredibly meaningful cause. We spent the morning writing heartfelt cards and putting together gift bags filled with self-care and beauty products, valued at approximately $350 per bag, for women living with cystic fibrosis and mothers of children with CF. 🙏🏼

Because every woman deserves to feel loved, celebrated, and surrounded by a community that supports her. And a little extra sparkle never hurts. ✨

A huge thank you to Beauty Holiday for bringing us together and making such a meaningful impact. If you haven’t already, please check out Beauty Holiday Inc, a local nonprofit here in Naples, and see how you can get involved in their upcoming community events!

And of course, you all know how much Piper’s Angels Foundation means to me. 🦋 Please consider learning more about their mission, donating, and supporting the incredible work they do for the CF community.

Consider this your invitation to join us for CONQUER THE ROCK on November 21, 2026, on Marco Island! 🌊

The first-ever Conquer the Rock Challenge will feature:
🏄🏼‍♀️ 22-mile paddle
🏄🏼‍♀️ 5-mile paddle
🚶🏼‍♀️ 2-mile beach walk
🏖️ Beach event
🎶 Live music celebration

Come be part of something truly special as we raise awareness, build community, and support those affected by cystic fibrosis. We would love to have you there! 💜
