1. Represent individuals who have been charged with crimes. Most often there is a good explanation for what has happened to you. And, there is ALWAYS more than just one side to what has often been presented as a one-side story. All sorts of people deal with all sorts of difficult things. Sometimes you just need someone who can understand and explain what you've been dealing with. Remember, just because you've been arrested, does not mean you're guilty. People often subconsciously forget about the presumption of innocence when they hear news reports or rumors. "Just Busted" newspapers should NOT exist! It's a "false light" violation, and an invasion of privacy. You are NOT GUILTY until Proven otherwise. I will gladly fight for you in court. 770-855-5490
2. Represent people who are getting divorced. It really should be as painless as possible. People going through a divorce are already in a painful situation. I try to make it as stress free as possible. 770-855-5490
3. Write people's Wills and help families with probate after the death of a loved one. Again, I try to make it as stressless as possible. After the loss of a family member, things are already difficult enough. 770-855-5490
4. Bring lawsuits on behalf of people who have been intentionally or negligently injured by others. Although suing someone is never fun for anyone, it is sometimes necessary if things cannot be worked out before court. Don't call someone on TV! There's nothing special about TV lawyers. 5. Defend people who have been sued. Sometimes lawsuits are not only "frivolous," but crazy. Let's get those suits dismissed, out on "summary judgment." 770-855-5490
