Tell Congress to Support Fair, Impartial, and Independent Immigration Courts!

The Real Courts, Rule of Law Act would establish the immigration courts as an independent, Article I court system. They would be moved out of the Department of Justice and the Executive Branch, allowing for judicial independence and real protection from partisan politics. Independent immigration judges can provide both due process for the individuals who appear before them and a check on ICE's abuses.

I just contacted my representative in support of the Real Courts, Rule of Law Act of 2026.
