A new development for 2022! I’m conflicted about this, but with the cheapest home in Renton being around $100k more than I paid for my 3 acre home in 2012, I can’t criticize the idea in principle. Home ownership is become impossible of a lot of people.

Washington state soon will have the opportunity to become a national leader in the growing movement to end exclusionary zoning.
