Every once in a while, a client comes along that reminds you exactly why you do what you do.

This incredible single mom had one goal: create a better life for her daughter through homeownership.

Along the way, she heard plenty of reasons why she couldn't... why she shouldn't... why it would be too hard... why she should wait.
