When Karrie Kraft decided to pursue real estate, it was not a spur-of-the-moment decision. It was a dream she had carried with her since high school.
"I've always been interested in real estate," Karrie said. "I love the architecture, the character of homes, and imagining the stories behind them."
Today, we are beyond excited to welcome her to our Sluss Realty family!
A lifelong Bucyrus resident, Karrie spent the first part of her professional career building her skills in banking, where she currently serves as a Retail Development Coordinator. In her role, she helps train and onboard new employees, improve processes, and support team members across the organization. The experience strengthened her attention to detail, organization, and ability to guide people through important decisions with confidence.
"I've always been very organized and very attentive to detail," she said. "I like having things done before the deadline arrives, and if there's a question I don't know the answer to, I'm going to find it."
That commitment to preparation and problem-solving is one of the many reasons Karrie believes buyers and sellers deserve an agent who sees the responsibility of the job as more than simply completing a transaction.
"I want to help protect people," she said. "Not just build a relationship, but help them make informed decisions and think through things they may not even realize they need to consider."
Karrie is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and young adults navigate what is often one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. As someone currently in that same season of life herself, she understands both the excitement and uncertainty that can come with purchasing a home.
"I know how overwhelming it can feel," she said. "I want people to feel supported and confident throughout the process. It's not just about finding a house. It's about finding something that works for their life, their goals, and their future."
Her approach to real estate is rooted in relationships, empathy, and service. Karrie believes every client comes with a unique story, and she takes the time to understand what matters most to them before helping them move forward.
"You never know what someone is carrying or what brought them to this point in their life," she said. "I don't think people cross our paths by accident. I want every client to know they're being heard, valued, and cared for."
Outside of real estate, Karrie helps lead a young adult group at her church alongside her boyfriend, creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds to connect, build relationships, and support one another through life's challenges and milestones.
A firm believer that "there's no growth in the comfort zone," Karrie approaches both life and business with positivity, intentionality, and a genuine desire to serve others well.
