Just a word of advise- If you are the recipient of a NO CONTACT order, Protection from Abuse or Stalking, that means YOU CAN'T CONTACT THE OTHER PERSON. The other person is not precluded from contacting you, calling you, etc., but as the person that the order is directed to you can't respond, can't call them, even if they message you wanting you to, or you could be found to be in violation of the Court order.

Please make sure you remind your elderly family, friends and neighbors that scam calls are still active. Had a call just a few moments ago from 'New Jersey'. When I answered the young pathetic voice on the other side said 'hi grandma, I need your help'. The background noise was others talking and sounded as though he was in a large, open room. From my experience, sounded like someone calling from a cell. He promptly hung up as I started to tell him I was not his grandma and he had the wrong number.

Seems I have a post disappear. Jury trial last week, 13 not guilty convictions out of 15 charges, including 10 felonies. Client happy with only conviction on 2 misdemeanors. This new office decor, from a dear friend, seems appropriate!

Jury verdict returned yesterday at 5 pm 13/15 not guilty verdicts,. All of the felony charges, including sexual exploitation of children (child po*******hy), were not guilty. Happy client!

Ok, just as a reminder as the roads/streets are full of travelers of two rules that seem to have been lost and which can result in a traffic violation.
Turning/changing lanes: Use your turn signals when changing lanes or turning a corner and in advance. The law requires the signal to be made not less than 100 feet before the change/turn.
Also a law and potential traffic citation for violation when turning, turn into the nearest lane of traffic and then signal and move into the other lane if that is where you desire to be. You can't simply turn a corner, such as a right hand turn, and drive right into the center lane.
