The Legal Assistant’s primary role is to provide legal support and assist their assigned attorneys with legal and client matters. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparation of documents for estate planning clients, corporate governance, and business transactions
• Prepare letters and other legal documents from attorney dictation
• Prepare court documents and file court pleadings
• Provide support in organizing, maintaining, managing and archiving files, legal documents, and client/attorney correspondence
• Communicate with clients via email and telephone
• Schedule appointments for assigned attorneys
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills

• Organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma (required)
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
