JUST SOLD | We take every listing very seriously and when you've known the family for over 20 years, the house is located on the street you grew up on, AND the buyers are going to be your parent's new neighbors...well...talk about pressure!!! This transaction was further complicated by the fact that the buyers (an amazing family and local small business owners) were contingent and had to sell their current home to buy this home.
