Budris Law Group understands the importance of social distancing in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and recognizes that many may fear an appearance in court will jeopardize the health and safety of themselves or loved ones. Budris Law Group is available during these trying times 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆. Budris Law Group is actively working for their clients so that their legal representation is taken care of and they do not have to appear in court where there may be possible exposure to COVID-19.
COVID-19 is an emerging respiratory disease which poses increased risk to certain populations, including older adults and persons with severe underlying health conditions. The Center for Disease Control has confirmed the best way to prevent illness is to avoid exposure to the virus. The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person contact through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs or sneezes. By retaining adequate legal representation such as Budris Law Group, your retained counsel can appear on your behalf in court, saving you from possible exposure in crowded courthouses. Budris Law Group has and will continue to advocate on behalf of their clients to ensure any clients in custody are kept where the risk of exposure is lowest; including limiting client appearances at hearings if necessary.
Given the current uncertain state of the judicial system in Los Angeles County, if you are facing criminal charges or are involved in a criminal matter, Budris Law Group recommends immediately seeking the advice of an experienced criminal defense firm and is available and welcomes your calls and messages. Budris Law Group is actively working to represent their clients during the COVID-19 pandemic to limit individual exposure and risk to possible disease.
