Proud to announce that KLG’s Michael Kohan has been reappointed for a second time to the Character and Fitness Committee by the NY Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department.   

Michael will serve another four-year term, running through October 6, 2030. In this prestigious role, he will continue to evaluate the character and fitness of bar applicants in New York State.   

The appointment reflects his integrity and ongoing dedication to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Inspiring the community’s next generation of legal minds! ⚖️ Kohan Law Group partner Adam Zabary is honored to be a guest speaker at the “Law as a Career” event, tailored specifically for students in grades 6-12. Representing the Nassau County Bar Association, Adam will be discussing his work as a litigator and how he became one. This is a fantastic opportunity for any curious middle schoolers and high schoolers to hear firsthand what working in the law is really like.
