Tadler Law is happy to share that our Partner, A.J. de Bartolomeo, recently presented at the Practicing Law Institute's (PLI) in New York City on 'Hot Topics in eDiscovery' program on September 24th. As technology continues to revolutionize litigation, A.J. and her co-presenters delivered essential insights on the evolving legal and ethical requirements for managing electronically stored information (ESI).

They covered best practices for navigating eDiscovery, including compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and ABA Model Rules, while addressing challenges posed by newer data sources and AI. This program was a valuable resource for litigators, in-house counsel, and professionals, offering practical strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and achieve legal defensibility.
