Andrea Erwin Potter, Esq. offers counsel in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Juvenile Criminal Defense. Andrea’s emphasis in her practice stems from her own childhood as a product of divorce. When she entered law school at Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, she chose to focus in family law and child advocacy.

Andrea’s personal experience and passion for children is balanced by her experience. While still in law school, she worked for the Honorable Mary Devereux at the 22nd Judicial District Court, where she learned divorce methods, community property settlements, co-parenting guidelines including visitation, custody and support, and prenuptial agreements. Andrea also clerked for the Honorable Nancy Amato Konrad at Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court where she learned the importance of rehabilitation of minors in order to provide them with a chance to become productive members of society. Upon graduation, she worked for New Orleans firm Venezia & Associates before moving to Mandeville to open her own practice.
