I am a Collaborative Attorney, working with families in all manner of crisis. Whether the crisis involves an elder adult passing away, or needing care in a special environment, or a family seeking to change their relationship, I assist families to protect their assets and provide for their loved ones. I say, Collaborative, because I think people want to make their own decisions, rather than allowing a court to decide for them. And mostly, I find that when people are given good advice and solid information, they are better able to plan for and decide their own future.
