This is a MUST watch and while this particular news segment talks mostly about Heritage, these same tactics are being used ACROSS THE BOARD by property insurance companies… and not just in Florida.
About two weeks ago I took the deposition of an independent field adjuster who testified that the insurance company had him change his estimate THREE times before issuing payment taking the total from $90,000.00 to $7,000.00

The insurance companies paid their lobbyists a LOT of money to get legislation passed that only harms homeowners by eliminating one way attorney’s fees, and a LOT of money for publicity blaming roofers, contractors, and plaintiffs’ lawyers for increased premiums and the insolvency of insurance companies… but what they didn’t want you to know is right here…. see for yourselves!
