We're so excited to share the story behind one of Russ's most recent transactions!

This client was referred to Russ by a past client, making them the third cousin in their family that he's had the privilege of helping buy or sell a home. 🥰 There’s no greater compliment than a client trusting you enough to refer you to their family!

This transaction was definitely one that required some extra problem-solving and coordination:

🌳 The Property:
• A unique rural property in Bellflower, IL, about 20 miles from my office
• The original parcel was 80 acres with a primary residence and multiple outbuildings
• We worked with the sellers to have the property surveyed and split into two separate parcels
• Once divided, we helped navigate the logistics of a new well agreement
• Coordinated the splitting and relocation of electric meters
• Helped recommend a reputable company to install a new septic system
• And most importantly…we helped keep everything moving forward until BOTH properties successfully sold and closed! 🎉

The best part? The sellers and buyers are thrilled! ❤️
