A former TV reporter and journalist, she enjoys putting her investigative research skills to work on nearly every transaction. A former marketing executive as well, she uses her creative side and expertise in marketing, social media, and advertising to help clients’ listings stand out from the crowd. Sara loves working with families relocating to Mandeville, Madisonville and Covington because she gets to utilize her extensive knowledge of the area. Her family put down roots in Mandeville in the late 70s, and she remembers when there was one stop light on Highway 22, and one Wendy’s! She’s enjoyed seeing the parish grow into a thriving, vibrant community. Sara also loves working with baby boomers looking to downsize, first-time homebuyers, builders and buyers of new construction and has a soft spot for single/divorcing moms needing to start over in life. She is so grateful for each and every client and the opportunity to find her clients not just a house but a home. A graduate of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School and Mandeville High School, she ventured out of state for college and graduated from the University of Alabama. She spent a decade in Pensacola, Florida, and can share knowledge of the vacation home/investment market from Orange Beach to the beaches of 30-A. When she’s not engaged in real estate, she tries to dream up new ideas for paintings and has a passion for all types of art, a trait she inherited from her artist grandmother. She watches the Saints, no matter how good or bad-her father played for them. Her second home is on the soccer fields because both of her daughters play competitively-one for the Girls Academy via LATDP in Baton Rouge, and another for Mandeville Soccer Club. She loves playing tourist in New Orleans with her foodie husband, trying out new, funky restaurants. She is strong in her faith, and loves going to mass with her family at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Mandeville.
