💭 Food for Thought

Starting over can be difficult, and sometimes discouraging because you feel as though you’re starting all over again. I encourage you to look at it from a different perspective. When you tear it all down, and remove the negative and things that didn’t work, you can rebuild with the experience you’ve gained. That new thing you’re creating will be better because there will not be the flaws of your past bogging you down!

Don’t be afraid to start over, to remove things that don’t work, and give yourself some grace!
