The buying and selling process can both be very stressful so our job is to help make the process as stress free and easy as possible. First to start the buying process:

-Talk with a Loan Officer about payments and find what you are comfortable paying per month
-Establish a lists of needs vs a list of wants (this will be part of our consultation meeting)
-Find a REALTOR® you trust, it is much easier on you as a buyer to have someone find homes for you that match your criteria
-Know neighborhoods you are interested in up front before the consultation meeting
As your real estate professional team we will:
-Find homes that match your criteria and make sure you have the opportunity to see all of them
-Be there for every step of the way including showing, making an offer, negotiations, inspections, walk through, and closing
-Through negotiating I will make sure you do not pay too much for your new home
-I will answer all your questions and do my due diligence to represent you in the best way possible
As a seller your process is longer and will be much attention throughout the entire process
-First a listing plan will be dropped off or emailed to you. This will include how we will market your home and the steps we will take together to getting your home SOLD
-After walking your home we will give you a proposal on price, condition, etc.
-Before listing we will take pictures, video, put up coming soon signs, and be in contact frequently for information needed from you such as utility averages, association dues, etc.
-Once listed your home will be available on over 350 websites and you will have color flyers with professionally branded for sale signs
-We will keep up with all showing feedback and schedule any showing for you
-A big part of our job comes when an offer is received, we negotiate the offer for you and help you all the way until closing
