Rates went up this month. 📈 The Fed raised its benchmark rate a 1/4 point, the first hike since 2023. Freddie Mac's average for a 30-year fixed is now 6.95%, up from 6.26% a year ago. 🤔 Continued low inventory in our area softens the impact on the general market, but buyer & sellers should strategize:
