I know I have been busy with our new adventure .manor and just wanted to say that I am absolutely ready to help you get started on any home buying and selling goals you have for the next year. I’ve been starting my Autumn decor and it made me remember to let you know that this Fall is an excellent time for house hunting 🏡 and for prepping for your home listing.

Temps are cooling down and the market is as well! With kids going back to school, more homes are expected to be listed and with the craziness of Summer winding down, I'm hoping we'll have a little more flexibility.

Interest rate are still extremely low. Even with the increase in home prices, the low interest rates are balancing them out. Buyers have more purchasing power with the low rates which means you're able to afford "more house" - YAY!

This is a great year to sell with the shortage of inventory, increased home prices and buyer demand which means those last minute sellers are going to want to hit the market before Winter rolls in!
