Aquí en el Valle Central estamos viendo propietarios atrasarse con sus pagos y llegar hasta el proceso de ejecución hipotecaria sin conocer realmente cuánto vale su propiedad.

Y mira este dato: en Madera, aproximadamente 4 de cada 10 propietarios con hipoteca tienen una cantidad considerable de plusvalía en su propiedad. En Fresno, la cifra es aproximadamente 45%.

Eso significa que tener problemas para hacer el pago no necesariamente significa que perdiste tu inversión.

Antes de permitir que el banco recupere tu casa, necesitas saber tres cosas:
¿Cuánto debes?
¿Cuánto vale tu propiedad?
¿Y cuánto podrías llevarte si la vendieras?
