Have you ever heard of title insurance? Well as a buyer, you can choose between a basic or an enhanced policy when you close. Generally, an enhanced policy is offered because it has many more coverages. And want some free advice from me even though I’m not your attorney (but I can be!)? Never skip the title insurance!

If you have heard about people stealing deeds and are concerned this could happen to you, then an enhanced owner’s title policy is the solution. Did you purchase your property a long time ago and you’re not sure if you have title insurance or do you want to upgrade to an enhanced policy? Just reach out to !
