THIS OFFICE IS CLOSED PERMANANTLY DUE TO MY HEALTH AND AGE.
Consequently, we have taken:
“Attorney at Law, emeritus”
status with the State Bar of Ga., and, are no longer engaged in the active practice of law.

I AM PRESENTLY RECOVERING FROM HEART SURGERY AND COMPLICATIONS, ALONG WITH COPD. I will either be back, or make a decision on retirement before the end of this year. - STILL RECOVERING: Nov. 2020. Things do not look good at the moment for a return to law practice, primarily because of the severity of the COPD & the Covid-19 pandemic.
