SCAM ALERT

I received this "Invoice" from Yellow Pages Directory at my office today. This is in fact not an invoice, but a solicitation. Despite showing past dates, the payment form at the bottom is attempting to rope you into a contract going forward.

DO NOT PAY if you receive one similar!

You may simply trash it or report it to the Federal Trade Commission at http://www.ftc.gov/complaint

BEWARE of SCAMS
The Secretary of State requires annual renewals, they can even be renewed in 3-year increments. You may do this on the GA Sec of State website for about $50/year. There is NO reason for you to pay a third party $400 to do this for you and send you a poster.

These pictures are from an email I received for my law office professional corporation. Never mind that I don't actually owe anything this year because I chose the 3-year option already.
