SIXTY plus cases wrapped up from fall of 2025 through the first week of January 2026 and ready for storage. I finished up all cases in Fulton County, Henderson County and Warren County, but I am looking for new ones. I have one case left in Mason County, one new case in Hancock County, two of eight cases left in Schuyler County and more than I can count in McDonough County. If you have a criminal or traffic case, do not hesitate to call for an appointment.

There have been approximately 90 DUI cases charged this year in McDonough County as of October 2025. Of those DUI cases, Hoyle Law Office has represented clients in 23 of them. In addition to McDonough County, I have represented clients for DUIs in Fulton County, Hancock County, Schuyler County and Mason County.

Hoyle Law Office is closing early at 2:30 p.m. today due to a power outage that went into effect around 12:30 p.m. A garbage truck struck a power pole this morning, and Ameren is replacing the pole. We will reopen at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 27.
