Throughout his career Brendan has had the opportunity to represent litigants in the Probate & Family Court dealing with difficult family issues in a fair and reasonable manner. Brendan is a frequent attendee at Continuing Legal Education seminars in Massachusetts and online through Wealth Counsel. Brendan also spends a great deal of time working with Financial Advisors, Accountants and Life Insurance Agents making sure his client's estate plans are adequately funded and to ensure that no stones are unturned. Brendan is a graduate of Saint John’s Prep, the University of New Hampshire and New England School of Law. Brendan has served as the President of the Board of Advisors of the Copley Society of Art Circle, a member of the Board the Marblehead Arts Association, Secretary of 01908(a group focused on providing assistance to all things Nahant), past chairman of the Finance Committee in the Town of Nahant and a past member of the Nahant Community Preservation Committee. Currently Brendan serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Family & Children's Services of Greater Lynn, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Lynn and is a member of the Board of Directors at the Lynn Home for the Elderly. Community involvement is deeply important to Brendan. Brendan strongly believes that "to those whom much is given, much is expected."

Who gets your stamp collection?

Make sure your valuables, mementos, and family heirlooms are handed down to the right person ( or organization) who will really appreciate them. Failing to memorize your wishes in a comprehensive estate plan with a will and/or trust results in intestate succession - the state’s best guess at what you would have wanted to be done with your things.

Make sure your family has a chance to remember and celebrate your life instead of placing the burden of arranging final plans - like what song will be playing at your funeral - on your already grieving loved ones.
