The Company's principal business is to provide services to restore or maintain the trading status of public companies listed on the OTC Market's Pink Sheet Tier, also referred to as The Open Market. “The Pink Open Market offers trading in a wide spectrum of securities through any broker. With no minimum financial standards, this market includes foreign companies that limit their disclosure, penny stocks and shells, as well as distressed, delinquent, and dark companies not willing or able to provide adequate information to investors. As Pink requires the least in terms of company disclosure, investors are strongly advised to proceed with caution and thoroughly research companies before making any investment decisions.” We use a subscription model, with a package of basic services provided on an annual contract with an initial fee and a continuing monthly fee, plus customized service packages which are available for additional fees. We also provide extensive referral services to outside professionals and third-party service vendors.
