Legal Assistant/Receptionist - MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Job Description
Boutique family law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant/Receptionist to become a part of our growing team! 30-40 hours per week depending on workload. Office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. Looking for someone outgoing, friendly and positive.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a legal assistant or receptionist in a law office preferred.
Outgoing and friendly personality.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Must speak Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling initial consultations.
Greeting clients and managing the front desk.
Maintaining and assisting with the firm’s contact with clients, including initial intake.
Recording and storing client information.
Filing.
Coordinating and scheduling hearings, depositions and appointments.
