This one got me. 🥹

There are a lot of moving pieces when you’re buying one home while getting another ready to sell and approximately 847 decisions to make along the way. 😂 My job is to make sure you don’t feel like you’re carrying all of them by yourself.

Thinking about selling? Before you make a date with Home Depot and somehow come home $10,000 poorer…call me. 😂

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that you need to renovate or update everything before putting your house on the market. Sometimes that fresh paint is absolutely worth it. Sometimes the 20-year-old kitchen is perfectly fine exactly where it is.

The goal isn’t to make your home perfect. It’s to spend your time and money on the things that will actually matter to buyers and help you get the best return.

So before you start ripping out countertops because HGTV convinced you they have to go, swipe through. And seriously, call me first. I might just save you a trip to Home Depot. 😉
