🏡 A New Chapter for the Tanner Family!

Earlier this year, we had the privilege of helping our friends, Jason and Stef, close one chapter and begin another. Having trusted The Station with their real estate needs in the past, the Tanners turned to our team once again for a move that was especially meaningful. After years of making memories in their cherished Big Thompson Canyon home, they were ready for a new adventure in town.

This move meant saying goodbye to the place where they welcomed their two children into the world and created countless memories as a family. While leaving a home filled with so much history is never easy, we’re grateful to have helped the Tanners make a smooth transition into their beautiful new property.

Earlier this year, Matt and Janna set out to trade city living for more land, more space, and a lifestyle that better fit their family.

Their wish list included acreage for dirt bikes and shooting, an outbuilding, and plenty of room for the family—all while staying close to family, church, and everyday conveniences.

Finding the right property within budget wasn’t without its challenges. From navigating a difficult negotiation to working through unexpected inspection items, our team helped keep the deal moving and ultimately got Matt and Janna to the closing table.
