Vaughn & Smith is pleased to announce that it will be sponsoring the 10-Taste Salute for APRON, Inc. This gala shall include a celebration of Chef Anoosh Shariat. The event will be held at the Olmstead on October 13, 2024 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Tickets may be purchased at Aproninc.org.

APRON, Inc. was founded in 2011 by a group of individuals with ties to the local restaurant community. Apron supporters include owners, servers, chefs and others concerned about our local independent food and beverage service workers. They realize that independent restaurant employees may be susceptible to financial distress in times of crisis.

The mission of APRON, Inc. is to provide temporary, limited financial relief to professional food and beverage workers in the Louisville, KY metro area who work at locally-owned establishments and who are experiencing financial distress due to illness, accident, emergency, or catastrophic event through no fault of their own.

Vaughn & Smith is pleased to announce the hiring of Molly Robertson as an attorney with our firm.

Molly was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After graduating from Ballard High School, Molly attended the University of Louisville and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Philosophy. Molly then attended the Brandeis School of Law where she was a member of the Environmental Law and Land Use Society and published in the Journal of Law and Education.

Molly resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband and beloved pets. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, and enjoying the many local parks and restaurants that the city has to offer.
