Preparing for trial requires coordinating a number of different pieces of a puzzle—motions, evidence, witnesses, clients. A good checklist and timeline are essential to ensuring that everything is in place and everyone is ready when you arrive at the courthouse. Abby Green and Phil Grossman will share the pre-trial checklist and timeline they use to achieve significant results for their injured clients.
Their detailed checklist, organized by due date before trial, ensures everything will be done in the right sequence and nothing is overlooked. The checklist and timeline will make your pre-trial planning more efficient and will give your support staff a clear understanding of the steps and time frame needed to get your case ready for trial.
