Due to inclement weather and the declaration of a State of Emergency in Kentucky, Family Matters Exchange & Visitation Center will be closed until further notice for the safety of all children, families, and staff.

All scheduled visitations and exchanges are temporarily suspended. We will contact families to reschedule missed appointments as soon as conditions improve and it is safe to reopen.

The Louisville Metro Police Department Victim Services Unit invites you to Kinship Connecting & Healing, a special community gathering next week, on Monday, April 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Waterfront Park (Big Four Bridge base).

During National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, we’ll honor victims and their loved ones with a walk and flower release, a powerful symbol of remembrance, resilience and hope.
