September is Self-Care Awareness Month. Even five minutes of desk stretches can recharge your focus. Here are some other self-care practices you can try:

🌄Take crisp fall walks: Walk in forests, parks, or even your neighborhood.

🍂Decorate with nature: Use pinecones, leaves, pumpkins, or gourds.

Remember, self-care is more than candles. It is about showing up as your best, sharpest self this season.
