Why would FOC recommend to the Court that parents go to court first before filing professional complaints⁉️

All that does is increase litigation and professional boards have their own regulatory bodies.

A committee of judicial investigators said that a federal judge in Dallas abandoned her role and recommended she be temporarily stripped of her docket, according to internal court documents shared with Bloomberg Law. Read more at the link in our comments.

Excerpt from Louisville Family Court FOC report ➡️

“The FOC would ask that if there is any dissatisfaction with a professional in this matter that it first be addressed with the Court.”

“None of the parties [i.e. the actual PARENTS‼️]in this matter (other than the GAL) should discuss any statements or recommendations in this Report to the child.”

1️⃣ Does a Court have the authority to address complaints with therapist ethics, misconduct, etc⁉️

2️⃣ Are lawyers more equipped to discuss familial issues with children than parents⁉️

Happy Friday Bullitt County ➡️ Thought I would share this little with you from elementary school as a Mt. Washington Cheerleader‼️

The 20 minute video shows how vindictive and retaliatory sitting Family Court Judge Monica Meredith can be.

It also shows you how uninformed and comfortable she is just saying WHATEVER she wants or whatever fits her narrative.

She knows I grew up in Bullitt County. She used to campaign at the hospitality tents where my mom volunteered‼️

Imagine what she puts in Court Orders if a litigant challenges her or questions her in any way…

Someone like this should not have power over families and children.
