A few weeks ago, I spent some time in Lake Tahoe for a mastermind with a great group of real estate professionals.

A first home is a big milestone, and my buyers are officially in contract on theirs. 🥳🏡

We’ve been looking together for the past few months, taking the time to figure out what felt right for them and what made sense for their needs and budget.

Now, they’re in contract on 609 Arcadia Ter #104 in Sunnyvale.

For first-time buyers, there can be a lot to sort through along the way, from comparing properties to understanding the details behind each decision. My role has been to help them sort through the options, understand what they were buying, and recognize when a home made sense for both their needs and their budget.

A few weeks late sharing this, but my birthday dinner was too good not to make it onto the feed. 😊

This year, I chose Telefèric Barcelona for my birthday celebration, and it was such a lovely evening from beginning to end.

The food was excellent, especially sharing the paella and different dishes around the table, and the service was just as wonderful. Everything felt warm, attentive, and perfect for celebrating with people I love.

Telefèric has been a favorite of mine, which is exactly why I wanted to spend my birthday there. If you’re looking for a Spanish restaurant for tapas, paella, a birthday dinner, or a special night out, this is one I’m very happy to recommend.

Last week was a busy one, and I’m just getting around to sharing this happy moment! 😊

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Natalie a few times now, and I’ve seen the care and skill she brings to her renovations. I’m so glad we got to work together again on her latest purchase, 766 Glenburry Way in San Jose.
