Justice Julia Kelety of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District and Keystone Partner Jim Bush will present on "Beyond Civil Appeals: Mastering the Unique Challenges of Probate Cases" at the California Lawyers Association's Annual Meeting. The program will examine issues unique to probate appeals, including appealability and the powers retained by the probate court during an appeal.

Sunny brings more than two decades of legal experience to the firm, with a practice focused on trust and estate matters, fiduciary representation, probate administration, and estate disputes.
