On World Mental Health Day, we recognize impact that mental health has. The legal process can be demanding for the attorneys and staff who navigate it every day. We see our clients face some of the most difficult and traumatic experiences of their lives.

Why does Hispanic Heritage Month begin in the middle of September and span two months? The dates carry history. In this reel, we explain the milestones that helped shape the timing of a national observance dedicated to recognizing Hispanic and Latino history, culture and contributions. What began as a weeklong observance in 1968 was expanded to a month in 1988. At Arias Sanguinetti, we honor that legacy and those continuing to carry it forward.

For decades, the idea that a robot that could clean your house, keep you company, or even feel a little bit human lived only in movies and cartoons. Unlike the AI quietly running in the background of your phone or laptop, robots are a reality in the real world. With rapid advances, questions are being raised about public safety of the technology.

As the law races to catch up with the technology, Elise Sanguinetti will lead a session on the state of things. On October 13th, at the 2026 American Bar Association Artificial Intelligence and Robotics National Institute she will speak on the topic, “Is the Future Rosy for Robots? Part of Hispanic culture is passing traditions down through time. Food is one of the ways Latino culture stays alive, even in places far from where it began. At the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month, Arias Sanguinetti gathered potluck-style over original recipes that team members prepared and shared. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and an opportunity to break the silence through conversation that makes room for survivors to be heard, in whatever way that looks like for them. Domestic violence and sexual abuse can take many different forms, and no two survivors' experiences are the same. However someone's story unfolds, it deserves to be heard and believed.
