POV: The insurance company sends a letter they think is going to end the conversation. 😏📄

My reaction: read it, analyze it… then get back to work fighting for my client.

A denial letter, lowball offer, or aggressive insurance position is not always the final word. The policy, evidence, damages, and applicable law still matter.
