Esensten Law is investigation allegations that Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill misrepresents its menu prices when purchasing food items through apps, such as Postmates, Grubhub, and DoorDash, and unlawfully charges those consumers prices that are well in excess of the prices charged to consumers who purchase in store. You may have heard that airlines have been forced to provide refunds, instead of credit, for cancelled flights. It appears that some travel websites believe they are exempt. We are investigating claims that travel websites, like Expedia and Travelocity, are refusing to provide refunds and are only offering credit (expires in 12 months) for cancelled flights. If this happened to you or someone you know, please let us know.
